Teen Titans Vol. 4 #18
This cover is awesome. I love team shots. With regard to the Teen Titans series, I love the inclusion of Solstice and, of course, the new gay superhero, Bunker, but I kind of hope the writers eventually bring back some of the older Titans into the fold, even if they don’t permanently rejoin the team similar to what has happened with Beast Boy and Terra (currently Ravagers). I would love to see the inclusion of Starfire, Red Arrow, and Jason Todd (Red Hood and the Outlaws), Cyborg (Justice League), Miss Martian, Batgirl, Raven, Blue Beetle, Bumblebee, and someone from the Aquaman family. The new DC Universe has not been around that long, so I understand the need for storylines to develop in order for these characters to interact. Now this was a cartoon. The Eastern anime influences on Western comic-book storytelling, the sleek animation, the diverse and interesting cast of characters, the palette choices to convey emotions—for lack of a better word, Teen Titans was intense.
Plus Puffy Ami-Yumi did the theme song. In English AND in Japanese.
I’m happy with the team I’ve made up so far but I feel like the introduction of a new character would really make things more interesting.
I want make another guy but im still debating on whether or not he should have powers? Because when villain’s don’t have powers they have cliche skills like being rich enough to have gadgets or having kung fu grip thats never explained.
I want him to be a mix of Red X from Teen Titans and Jack from the Royal Flush Gang. And he’s going to be a thief.
But other then that I have no clue what im going to do for character design and back story. So any suggestions??? or what do you guys think
